This is a tiny home (300 square feet) that is on the west side, close to... mission street for easy bus access. There is street parking (permits are $30 a year). It is 1 bedroom and bath and is 30’ by 10’ wide. Because of this I would recommend for 1 person but can fit two if everyone is very comfortable being close together.
Bedroom can fit a queen, though for more space a full bed is recommended.
Everything is brand new, unit has a split unit in the main living area, fan in bedroom. TV wall mounts are in bedroom and living area. A new washer/dryer combination unit is in the additional shed on the outside of the house for tenants. Kitchen includes a smaller fridge and freezer (as seen in picture) as well as a 2-burner electric stove top built in and microwave.
Solar panels with backup battery included to keep PG&E costs down or make money back.
This unit is one of three on the property, though each unit has its own water and electricity meters, each unit's tenants pay for their own utilities, including watering plants in front of their units (set up on drip system, but are drought resistant plants that should be established soon).
Gardener is included and comes 2 times a month on Saturdays.
