Living here was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The landlord is unprofessional, dismissive, and will outright lie to push her own narrative rather than help with real issues. Communication is terrible, and most concerns are ignored completely.
The property itself is poorly maintained and chaotic. Parking is a constant nightmare, if you have more than one car, good luck. Even the spots you pay for are often blocked by visiting cars parked illegally, and towing is never... enforced. Neighbors are loud at all hours, run their cars for 30+ minutes, and even set off fireworks in the small back lot in the middle of the night. The walls and floors are thin enough that you’ll hear every step from upstairs.
Cleanliness and safety are also major problems. People let their dogs urinate on walkways, leave trash and bags in full view, and the smell of weed, litter, condoms, and tobacco wrappers is common both in front and behind the building. Pest issues were blamed on us despite the fact that we found extremely old traps already there. There were holes in the laundry room wall that were clearly the entry point, once we sealed them ourselves, the infestation ended almost immediately.
The washer and dryer are essentially useless. Ours was broken from the day we moved in, and the “repair” consisted of a technician telling us to “just deal with it.” Amenities listed are misleading at best.
Overall, this property is poorly managed, dirty, loud, and handled by someone who treats tenants with disrespect. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Living here was stressful, frustrating, and absolutely not worth the money.

Your basic apartment
Its not the worst apartment building on the street. Actually it's probably the best but thats still not saying much. The complex is quiet but the neighbors are loud and a bounce house is common to see on the weekends at the neighboring buildings. Management is really cool. 15 unit complex and we all share one washer and one dryer so good luck getting a turn. On the plus side there is a central heating furnace but with the single pane windows the heat is lost quickly. The balconies ar a good size... . Guest parking is on the street and there must be a lot of guests cause you can never find parking unless you go waaay down the street. No dishwasher either. Rent is relatively cheap though but you dont get anything special. The building is well maintained and any maintainance requests are handled quickly and easily.

This apartment complex may be small but perfect for home bodies college students or small families like mine. Every attendant here are super friendly & nice. Any issues are answered & fixed right away. We're near many shopping malls, a nice little park to have bbq's, also a city pool & great America theme park that's connected to the new Levis stadium to watch any bay area games; SF niners, Earthquakes, sj sharks.... It's awesome.
