I went last Thursday(12/29/2022) to see and apply for an apartment and gave a $500 deposit. Daniel told me that I would have the answer in 72 hours. But afetar 6 days they asked for more documents and yesterday(01/06/2023) in a phone call he said I was approved and just need to wait for the link to make the first rent payment. Today I received an email asking me for an additional deposit. I called the office to see what happened because I trusted the employer saying I was approved Now he wants... that I cancel or make the additional deposit because they cannot give my deposit back He also said that in our phone call didn’t said nothing. That’s not true I just want my deposit back because if I am approved I don’t need to give additional deposit

Great place Great Location
Parker Palo Alto has nice staff and good service people as well. Expensive but so is everything in Palo Alto. Great location near Greer Park. In unit W/D is clutch.

Calming oasis in a concrete jungle
Beautiful kitchen and bathroom (granite countertops in both - say what? and NEW appliances), tons of natural light, mature trees surrounding every unit, cleanest grounds I've seen in an apartment complex, friendly front office, helpful (and quick) maintenance crew, directly across the street from a gorgeous park with a dog run, and minutes away from everything in Palo Alto. Even though it's right next to 101 (quick access for commutes), you can't hear the road noise or even notice it's there!... Street *and* garage parking are additional perks. Plus there's an awesome salt water pool (no chlorine here!) and outdoor grills/lounge areas. Incredibly dog friendly, they even include doggy "stations" outside with waste baggies and trash canisters to help keep the area clean. It's like a little oasis but still close to everything!

Nice apartment next to huge park
I'm staying at the non-newly-renovated side of Parker Palo Alto apartments. It's a 2br, however right next to the freeway which is actually not all so bothersome. There's a huge park next door that really makes this place worth it, other than the decent deal and washer and dryer ;). I like the black granite tops, and the place doesn't look old. My experience with office management here hasn't been so smooth, however. Communication from them during application process was slow and unclear, and it... took me to really reach out to them to figure out what's going on and what the next steps are. Other than that, good apartment.
