Guess what. There’s no privacy at this place. They took away the patio dividers so now everyone can walk anywhere at anytime, they will cross your unit, look into your unit, because they are nosy. Manager is helpless, I asking them to at least talk to the other tenants due to foot traffic (even though, there is a staircase right in front of that tenant, god knows why they love to bother people with their stomping) yet manager straight up telling me to deal with it, and telling me to take down my... security camera or they will void our lease. Yay!! The only reason i installed camera because i was trying to document the nuisance happening in my building in hopes they would consider to reinstall the divider.

Rude management
Neighborhood is good but the Management is very rude. They write very rude mails to all the tenets. Mails will be always threatening to terminate the contract of the house to everyone. This is more of a dictatorship. Please stay away.

Only reason you want to get involved with this mess are the great schools
Sunnyvale middle school shows little lower rating, but it is still good. Everything else is horrible with this apartment apart from the schools: 1) Squeaky floor 2) Paper thin walls 3) Collapsing roof 4) Tiny dish washer 5) Loud noise from adjacent traffic, including fire trucks from the next door fire station 6) Overflowing garbage area full of filth and flies 7) Rude staff / management. One example - There was a large scale construction work that continued for many months; every tenant had to... walk through other tenants' patios and balconies because of the blockage. One of the tenants got upset and sent message to the management; the management sent very rude and embarrassing response, and CC-ed the response to everyone, instead of just settling with that particular tenant.
You will have to compromise a lot if you decide this place only for the schools.

Squeezes the residents with rental hikes
Once you enter this community, they just squeeze the maximum rent out of you with rental hikes until you vacate it. And expect lots of roaches inside the apartment.
