My parents are renting out my previous room for $1,000 a month in a very nice quiet Santa Ana neighborhood off 17th Street and Grand Avenue. All Utilities are included in the rent. That is water, trash, gas, internet, and electricity.

You will have full access to the following:
-Living rooms
-Kitchen
-Washer/dryer area (just be courteous of others if they are washing)
-Backyard
-Front yard
-Shared bathroom with other tenant
-One designated parking space in driveway

The bathroom is fully remodeled, so everything is new inside of it. The bedroom has a brand new Full size bed frame, mattress, sheets, and pillows. There is a full closet for your clothing and personal items. It includes a large clothing dresser, small night stand, tv on tv wall mount, and ceiling fan.

The following things are prohibited and outlined in the contract:
-No Smoking
-No drugs or illegal activities
-No pets (unless it is a service animal)
-No couples

My parents speak fluent Spanish as a first language, but speak English as well. This is a great room for someone who is single, a working professional or a student who does not have a lot of things as the room is fully furnished.
