The biggest issue is the noise. The sound insulation is terrible—you can hear almost everything from neighboring units. Heavy footsteps, kids running, doors slamming, and other everyday noises constantly come through the ceilings and walls. If you’re looking for a quiet place to live, this is not it.
Management was inconsistent when dealing with resident concerns. I dealt with repeated issues involving an upstairs neighbor, including multiple unwanted... confrontations at my door. While management eventually acknowledged that I was allowed to use incense in my apartment under the community rules, it took far longer than it should have to resolve the situation.
On top of that, the property is covered in bird droppings in many common areas, which makes the community feel poorly maintained.
Move-out is another disappointment. They provide a long list of potential charges, and you can end up paying for things you weren’t expecting. Make sure you document absolutely everything when you move in and move out because the fees can add up quickly.
Overall, this community did not live up to the premium rent it charges. Between the excessive noise, inconsistent management, maintenance concerns, and move-out process, I cannot recommend living here.

Stay away
There was never any parking aside from our 1 assigned parking space that we couldn’t use for the first week we moved in because it was still assigned to someone else that was moving out. We tried paying for an additional parking space but were told that none were available even though there were seemingly plenty that were unoccupied. We almost had our cars towed from unassigned parking while freshly postpartum because another tenant complained to management that “the people who owned the cars... didn’t live there” and instead of management contacting us directly (seeing as our license plates are noted with all of our contact info), there were stickers left on the windshield that my husband saw trying to run to the store for formula. When he contacted management to see what was going on, they said it was “only for visitors” (which it was not) to which we informed them of other tenants’ cars that had been parked in other unassigned spaces that had been there for months prior but didn’t have notices stuck to their windows. also while freshly postpartum, our elevator had gone down and it took 2-3 months for it to get fixed ; then it happened again while moving out and it’s still down as i’m writing this review.

No parking. Nothing good about this place.
Nothing great about this place. Apartments are small. No parking and amenities were not design for the amount of residents living in this location. During lunch time, the hallways smell like a bunch of restaurants cooking different foods at the same time.
Stay away from this place. You have been warned.

Wrong information
Me and my family (5 people) called asking about the parking information. They gave the answer we wanted saying yes for additional parking. We all drive 30 miles to see the apartment as scheduled. When we arrive there’s no parking and we can’t even talk to the same person we called. Very frustrating. Don’t even bother on checking this place.
