Living at Bella Villagio was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment. The noise levels were unbearable, and the unit I was given hadn’t been repaired before I moved in. To make matters worse, the apartment manager tried to charge me for those pre-existing issues when I moved out.

Thankfully, I had taken several pictures of the apartment’s condition before moving in, which helped protect me from unfair charges. Don’t expect to get your deposit back—they’ll find a way to keep it no... matter what.

The management does not care about tenets whatsoever as long as they get your money. Constant construction and interruptions in power, water, everything. Contractors stacked ladders up to my patio and did not even notify us. That same night someone climbed up to the patio and stole my expensive bike and left my roommate’s cheap one. Management did not lift a finger after several calls, emails, messages. Nothing. Way too expensive and not nearly as “nice” as it seems as it seems. Do yourself a... favor and go anywhere else. The security of this place is very bad Last month they broke my wife's car window, the car is parked inside the garage protected by gates. The office didn't apologize much less tighten security because that night my friend reported that three men were looking into the cars that night. Unfortunately this was days after I renewed my contract for another year.

Italian style architecture. Looks like a resort with a decent sized pool and 2 jacuzzi's. Pet friendly. A little tight on the balcony space. Limited parking spots unless you pay extra for underground parking.

We moved here in March and are very happy here. One big thing for us is that they allow us to have our pets. Many apartment in this valley don't and pets are a big part of the family. We live within walking distance of the bank, grocery store, assorted places to eat. We also live close to Communication Hill which is a great spot to get in your daily exercise. And Starbucks (which is one of my favorite places) is walking distance from the hill. The people in our complex and nice and there... are lots of little doggies on leashes. The apartments have an open floor plan and modern amenities, such as granite, stainless steel appliances and vaulted ceilings. The management is very attentive and responsive to issues. The biggest con here is the parking. There just aren't enough spots and visitors have to park across the street. It's first come first serve but that's how all aparments are anymore. But probably one of the biggest reasons we enjoy our apartment is the safety it provides. You can get into the apartments or the underground parking garage without a fob and we have security on patrol nightly from 9pm to 4am everyday.
