There is no actual management on the property so every time you have an issue, you have to call and speak with someone over the phone who knows nothing about the property. The place is infested with ants, IT GETS CRAZY HOT IN THE SUMMER! there is High property crime around the apartment complex, which makes its way into the building. On multiple occasions, I’ve seen car windows shattered, including mine. Management did nothing but send out an email saying beware of car burglaries. No added... security. No cameras or no gate upgrades to help the problem. There is always someone moving out of this property because of the car break-ins and other issues I’ve mentioned. Lived here for a year. Managers only care about money. Raised rent on us by $500 for the new lease they offered. Make it purposefully confusing on how to move out. Are charging us an extra months rent even though we are totally moved out. DO NOT LIVE HERE! The “remolding” they do is simply painting over any damage to the walls or bathtubs. They literally painted cardboard and stuck it on the kitchen wall to cover up past damage. Apartments are nice and roomy , maintenance department is great but unfortunately the neighborhood is unsafe and they do not have any security cameras and secure entrances to the building.

This is the best apartment apartment to stay with a little compromise on rent.
This has all the amenities like Gym, Swimming pool, Security, Well maintenance and with high professoinalism in the process followed by the propery dealers. This Apartment is very near to office, Super Markets, Downtown, VTA, buses, Banks and Schools.
Well care is taken for the renters by the people over there in any issues they follow and immediately resolved in a day maximum.
