My move-in experience was wonderful. There was transparent and welcoming communication from management regarding any questions that I had. We were able to tour a few units prior to committing to a lease agreement and ultimately decided to move in! The community is quiet and is walking distance to Japantown, the streets are busy with cars but you cannot really hear them inside your unit. The maintenance teams responds promptly and the management is always available for assistance.

Pavona apartments are in the middle of beautiful Japan town, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shop. The apartments are pet friendly and the fact that they have lockers for the packages is amazing. The staff are pretty responsive when I send emails. Supper friendly staff.

so far so good, there's always room for improvement but being patient and kind, makes for a better community...

I have had a good experience living at Pavona Apartments. My apartment has everything I need and all amenities are well maintained.

Not worth the price, there are nicer buildings with better management and amenities that work. There is constantly trash overflowing here and the parking lot is never checked. People who live across the street and going to the park park here overnight.
