Don't live here. This has been the most disappointing experience of my life. Not only the apartments are lame, but they also ripped us off with the deposit. When we got to the apartment, it was full of mouse excrements all over the place: floors, carpets, cupboards, closets... Even though we cleaned it before leaving (and for sure we left it better than how we found it), they still charged us 240$ for cleaning services at 30$ an hour! I might as well quit college and work for them! Twice the... regular average salary for housekeeping services in San Diego, and getting the money for 8 hours when it would probably take 2 hours max to get the job done! Greatest deal!
What's more, I've been sleeping with ear plugs the whole year. There's been construction works since we got there and they kept going on for the following 9 months. Also, the apartments are very old, and we could hear the upstairs' neighbors wooden floor creaking very loudly everytime they walked. The noise was unbearable, I could still hear that noise with my earplugs on. I have not been able to sleep well in all the time I was living there. There is no way I would recommend anyone living here.
