Not smoke free neighbor's are heavy smokers which bothers me because i can't have my windlws open without having to smell the cigarettes in my apartment i don't want my 4 yr old son to inhale any of that. And another thing is that even though it's gated the apartment walk in entrances are unlocked and anyone can just walk into the apartment complex even if they don't live here which is a saftely problem and it's annoying because alot of bums come in and go through the dumpsters in the morning... looking for cans and bottles which wakes me up everytime.
