Drug den, Dangerous

Landlords are at best unstable, and at worst dangerous addicts. They do weed, meth and crank and steal from residents to fund their habits. congenial at first, but turn quickly once the lease is signed. Repairs are half completed if done at all, and wiring, electrical and vents are not only not to code, but present a clear and present fire danger. Basically a tinder-box with addicts as the match. Do not expect a security deposit back, but DO expect to be physically threatened if you ask for... it. I have a list of names and phone numbers of residents who will corroborate the drugs, thefts, illegal entry, security deposits and unsafe wiring and ventilation.
