Been here for almost a year and it’s great! Very clean and quiet! Maintenance is quick and reliable. Management is attentive. The people are considerate. Overall it’s a wonderful place to live.

We have now lived at Rivers Edge for three years and I have to say, it’s great. Clean and quiet. The office staff is amazing and I cannot believe how fast they respond to questions, concerns and maintenance requests. I definitely recommend Rivers Edge!

I've been living here for a year now and I really enjoy it. The property manager and maintenance keeps this place well-maintained and presentable. They are making continuous improvements to the property and working to build a community here with monthly events.
I also feel very safe here! I have had no trouble with crime or homeless individuals in the complex and everything is well-lit at night. I love the area and I'm happy to call this place home.

Amazing community! Great people. And Amazing office staff!! Always helpful and relatable. Karen is absolutely a delight and she makes a great manager. A great place to call home! Maintenance is amazing! And will take care of residents needs! A great place you can call home!!!!!

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for six years, and I’ve seen some great improvements. The complex is quiet, affordable, and well-maintained, which is a big plus. We have onsite maintenance, and the manager makes sure that to address any issues that come up.
One of the things I appreciate most is that it feels safe here. There’s rarely any trouble with homeless individuals, drugs, or criminal activity, which has been a concern in the past. The new manager is approachable, friendly, and... seems to care about the residents and the buildings.
Overall, this is a solid place to live. While it’s not a luxury property, it’s affordable, comfortable, and continuously improving. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.
