I have lived in a 2bd 2ba apartment at Willow Run Apartments for over a year now and I love how quiet it is in the complex. It feels safe being in a gated community. Barbara has been so helpful and always so nice. I love that she throws monthly events to get the complex together. We have attended every single event except for one. The neighbors are all nice. Whenever there's something to be fixed, they respond real quick. Bruno is always there no later than the next day. A definite plus in the... apartment is the full size washer, dryer and central air & heat. Would highly recommend!

A great place to live!
Willow Run apartments is such a great place to live. The complex is managed very well and include social activities for the tenants. A Safe. quiet gated community that is always clean and well kept. I’ve lived here 2 1/2 years and wouldn’t live anywhere else. The apartments come with full-size washer and dryer, a dishwasher, ceiling fans, central air/heat, and a wood-burning fireplace and with spacious rooms. I really enjoy living here!!

Beats expectations
I have lived in many houses in Sac, but this place is home! Been here 2 years now and its close to everything I need, quiet, the apartment is comfy and the maintenance guys are on it. Shout out to Willow Run!

Great Complex
I love living here! I have lived here for 7 years and it has been great and consistently a pleasant experience. The manager (Barbara) is amazing and so nice. She follows up on concerns and maintenance issues are handled quickly. The maintenance man (Bruno) is very helpful and always does a good job. I've felt safe with my son here and I have stayed because of all of these reasons. The washers and dryers in the units are another huge deal. I would definitely recommend this complex to people... because it's definitely run by good people.

Clean, Safe Community
I’ve been a resident here for quite a long time, my family and I have always felt safe as well as our cars and other property. Management is wonderful and very responsive as well as maintenance. The maintenance team is awesome and works very quickly to get things fixed right away. There is a beautiful swimming pool as well as a newly remodeled gym. And quite often there will be events held here by management for the tenants such as ice cream socials, barbecues and a bunch of events for the... holidays. Very much a community/family feel. We have been very happy here!
