We have lived here for almost 2 years, paid our expensive rent on time every month, cleaned the place very well when we moved out, yet GrandMarc is charging us $1,555.00, of which $575.00 is for a small stain on the bathroom vinyl floor that was there before we moved in 2 years ago (we thought it was part of the vinyl/or a small flaw) - HORRIBLE!!! How much will we have to pay in the future with this GrandMarc???

Had an absolutely terrible experience staying here, had lots of fines for no reason and tons of bug issues along with much more.

When I took the tour I thought this would be a perfect living situation, but I was fooled. The apartment they show in the tours is NOTHING like what you will get. When I first entered my unit almost every appliance was broken and the floors were filthy. I stuck it out until my lease was over and they tried to bill me for cleaning services even though I left the place cleaner than I found it.

Don’t live here. I have lived here for 3 years and worked there as well. not worth ur money especially in riverside. DONT WASTE UR MONEY HERE!

All the 5 star reviews are not true. they will either give you a gift card for a review or a little discount or something. they say it’s only students who are allowed to live there but it’s not true. they let 1 or 2 none students live there. they charge you for a whole month rent before moving in for cleaning purposes but nope. when i walked into my... apartment for the. very first time it was a mess. i had trash in my drawers. my friends place had pet hair everywhere, human hair, pregnancy tests, condoms, and etc. Grandmarc did not clean anything.

while living there i have been someone breaking into someone’s apartment through the window. Homeless people just walking in. They were also in the pool taking showers and etc. i have never seen the pool ever getting professionally cleaned. when my friends and i started working here, on our working contract it stated that we will be given a discount on our rent and my housemate who also worked there before me said yes, she got a discount. but when we brought it up tot he higher ups they said no, that’s not true when it was clearly in the contract they made us sign.

when its time for new applicants, you get payed extra when someone signs a contract with you. i remember when the manager let others take your person so that they get the benefit.

also if you ever wanna cancel ur contract here you can’t. you have to pay around 75% of ur rent AND find someone to replace u.

Long response times for urgent matters such as charging me a whole month of rent after moving out, for damages that came with the room. They don’t care about you if your a student or not they’ll squeeze every last dime from you however they can with extra monthly fees/charges. Avoid.
