Packages get stolen. Cameras haven't worked for years, and management says this is the first they hear of it. No ownership or solution rendered.
Billing issues have been raised and no solution up to date. Additionally, new fees being added to bill but no reason why. A discrepancy and added cost of $300 without explanation or communication. I'm one of many with this issue.
People smoking weed too inside building. For people with family, you think if this is the right place.
Lack of... empathy from leadership, ownership, and effort towards problems have really brought this place to a different direction to what it once was. Units remain empty, building has issues, and tenants that have been there for some time are choosing to leave. Tenured tenants have also chosen to escalate issues to other sources as no progress towards concerns is happening.

NEW OWNERS UNPROFESSIONAL
Lived at the ParkerApts for over a year before new management took over. I received an eviction notice stating I had not paid rent for 5 months. I provided proof from my bank since I paid with cashiers checks to which they stated that was not enough. They put me in collections which ended up in court and in the end being waived. Do not move in!! I heard of others going thru the samd

Roaches
New owner since Dec 2018/Jan 2019 would not return the security deposit after we visited two renovated apartments with roaches (in the kitchen & living room area) on our tour with David. He didn’t seem bothered by it at all like it was commonplace. A real shock! But it seemed fitting after seeing their tenants place garbage outside their doors instead of in the trash. Tried to escalate but could not talk to the owner directly or have them call us back. Things are too expensive to just let this... slide considering this is NOT our fault you have an infestation problem.
