I've been a resident for several years and it's been a bit of a challenge living here over the last year due to construction projects but the projects are now complete and it's back to being a lovely place to live. Great pool area, palm trees...what's not to love.
The office staff, especially Nobi, are friendly and responsive to residents' needs and the maintenance staff headed by Rene is great.

Constant construction noise, many negatives for the price
The apartment was able to claim I didn’t live here and deleted my last review. Beware the reviews on here that you can actually see!
1. for the entirety of my year here, there's been construction ongoing day and night in the area directly facing my apartment, and it's extremely disruptive. I can only sleep with ear plugs and even then I can hear the construction vehicles banging about. the head splitting noise is near constant, without skipping a day. last week, I noticed both my upstairs and... next door neighbors were moving out on the same day, due to the construction moving essentially right across from our apartments in the past couple of months. I don't know how the other buildings are faring, but be extremely careful if you're considering an apartment in the 780 building.
2. about 50% of my packages got stolen before I completely stopped sending packages here. among the items that have been stolen include a Macbook pro and airpods. Front desk was sympathetic but it appears there's nothing they can do. See the attached photo for the community letter about rise in crime in this complex
3. again on the topic of noise, living next to the creek means you constantly have crew teams rowing by with coaches on loud speakers shouting instructions, jet skis blasting past, etc.
4. The front desk when I moved in last year was extremely responsive and accommodating. My emails are always answered within 1 week. Nowadays a new team has taken over, and most of my emails never get answered. In fact, the only times I've gotten an answer for my email is when I literally call the front desk to ask about the radio silence.
5. My utilities bill has literally doubled since the first month I've been here, and I have not been using more water/gas (if anything, our consumption has been cut in half because one member of the household has moved out). Prepare to pay hundreds per month in fees that the front desk has no way of explaining.
To potential tenants, please do your due diligence, come over here and really get a feel for the level of noise day and night. To the apartment management, make good on the promises made and i’ll gladly modify my review. Delete it with false claims that I don’t live here and I’ll just keep reposting.

Great place to live
Great location on the water, love looking out on the marina on one side and the creek on the other. Management is responsive to problems which usually get resolved quickly. Main draw back is the lack of sound proofing in the units, hear too much of what is going on upstairs/downstairs.
