WORST customer service experience with the leasing office. Went in this weekend to see what are options were for extending a lease or looking at other options within the building. Each time I am met with unhelpful staff, attitude, and VERY short responses. I have toured multiple places in the area and outside the area as well, and the staff at other locations are always helpful, even providing extensive information to the point of even providing tips for our apartment searches. I seem to run... into 2 minute or less conversations at Riveview and their staff here. There always seems to be new people here so may be a toxic work environment as well. Terrible building design and management. Do not expect real solutions to problems.

I leased this apartment in large part because it had a 24 hour fitness center in my building. Turns our they designed it with thin walls and nearby tenants and the sound kept these people up. So the hours we cut, then later some of the machines and the dumbbells removed, and finally 6 months later they are removing all of the remaining weight machines.

The craziness part is in the middle of this they... remodeled the gym for two months and STILL didn't solve the issue. Now they call removing all the machines while keeping the hours restrictions in place a permanent solution, gutting one of the most useful amenities because of their failure of basic building design and their inability to address it.

If you decide to live here know the rent do not expect to have access to perks you paid for. Renter beware. Read More

I am the current resident of Riverview apartment and has been here for about 6 months.
There are two really big issues here.
First, although the building is not that old, the quality of the refrigerator, washer/dryer, dish washer are really really bad. They are super noisy and poorly functionional. Keep submitting maintenance requests and they look quite old indeed.

The second issue is you barely can find anyone responsive here to ho an talk. For a complex like this I am very surprised that... there is no 24/7 type of support. At this very right moment which is Saturday 6pm, the water is shut off in our unit, and literally there is no one here that can help us to see what to expect and be prepared for. I lived here in 2019 and it was really nice. After I re-entered in 2022, the service quality and safety has gone down a lot.
First, packages can be easily stolen if the delivery guy puts them in the package room without putting into the locker.
Second, even packages are in the locker, you have to try your luck to open the locker. The locker jams all the time and the management team don't even bother to check the packages for you as if as a customer you are lying about the locker not opening... .
Third, the fire alarms are crazy, they has been constantly waking people up during midnight with no sign of fire or smoke. Read More

I disregarded previous reviews which talked about alarm. We had to evacuate between 4-6 AM TWICE in less than a month. Management doesn't communicate on what's being done to address the issue. Do your research and you will find this is a REPEATING issue as evident in other reviews. If you value your sleep, consider a different apartment.
