Poorly Built
Currently live here:
Pros: amenities, management and maintenance are nice/responsive, location, pet friendly.
Cons: major reason for this review is to warn people about the noise. The apartment floors/ceilings were built very thin. On top of that we have an upstairs neighbor who is moving things/walking around nonstop. It shakes the ceiling and scares the dogs. We hear our upstairs neighbor making noise in the middle of the night, early morning, and all through out the day. It’s nonstop and... makes it uncomfortable to live in. We have talked to management twice and our upstairs neighbors twice and nothing has changed. If you choose to live here, pick a top floor apartment.

Move in at your own risk
On going noise and smoke disturbances.
Despite calls,emails and staff visiting my unit to confirm such it persists. My quality of life is tremendously altered living here due to interrupted sleep and migraines. I have pleaded with Alwell for months (since June 2025), to resolve these issues. If you decide to move here it is with great hope that you move an area of the complex that you would not have to endure such disturbance. Otherwise location, amenities are great and the place has so much... potential. Admittedly, I am shocked that such a community would allow this to go on!
