Rent is on the rise while the property goes downhill
We've been here for 2 years and just received our second rent increase, even though the property has gone WAY downhill since new management took over. The hot tub is a disgusting green color, all but one of the washing machines have been broken for MONTHS, and there are cockroaches throughout the complex. They're trying to put lipstick on a gorilla with this place - take your money elsewhere if at all possible.
Recently, they've also been kicking out residents who have lived here more than a... decade under the guise of "renovations" because their rent is too low. The owners of this property couldn't care less about the people who live here.
