We have delt with this situation on and off since we moved in. Tonight around 12 we saw the security guard and asked if he can do something about someone parking in our spot and he said you have to call the office, when we speak to the office in the past they say there should be a security gard on duty to assist you.

We've been here for 2 years and just received our second rent increase, even though the property has gone WAY downhill since new management took over. The hot tub is a disgusting green color, all but one of the washing machines have been broken for MONTHS, and there are cockroaches throughout the complex. They're trying to put lipstick on a gorilla with this place - take your money elsewhere if at all possible.
