We had questions and concerns regarding our stay here at Park Heights. I have been working with Valerie, the leasing agent for over a week. She has helped us easily solve all issues with professionalism, knowledge, and a smile. I highly recommend a tour with Valerie as she knows the business and is a straight shooter. Only once in a while an employee of her caliber comes around and Valerie is one of them.

This place is worst of the worst trashy neighborhood with rude neighbors and management staff that truly couldn’t care less. Stay away!!

Can’t complain
The maintenance staff onsite is speedy with repairs and super friendly. To be specific Chris is amazing! Anytime I have a maintenance request he is prompt to respond, knowledgeable about what he’s doing, and is very personable. Overall, the property is pretty quiet and clean.

Great place to live!
You could do a lot worse than this place. There’s been some issues in the past, but the new manager is working really hard to turn things around and enforce a higher standard for the complex. Also Bella is an absolute star, she’s so helpful and does her best to help out in anyway she can. They’re patient and understanding and have actually helped me out a lot, I’m grateful to live here!
