My recent encounter at Novapoint Apartments left much to be desired, starting from the moment I stepped into their office. Despite being accompanied by my sister, we were blatantly ignored by the office staff, who seemed preoccupied with other clients. A simple acknowledgment or a brief "we'll be with you shortly" would have sufficed, but unfortunately, even that basic courtesy was absent.
Upon finally being attended to, I was passed off to another staff member without any indication from the... initial representative. This lack of communication was frustrating and made me feel undervalued as a potential tenant. The subsequent interaction with the second staff member only exacerbated my disappointment.
Not only did she seem disinterested in assisting us, but her demeanor also exuded a sense of condescension. The repetition of information already provided by her colleague, coupled with a remark questioning my financial eligibility based on appearance, was unprofessional and off-putting. Her comment about income requirements being "2.5 times the rent" was delivered in a manner that implied skepticism about my ability to meet such criteria, solely based on outward appearance.
Furthermore, the attire of the staff member in question, notably a crop top sweater that exposed her midriff, was highly inappropriate for a professional setting. It further detracted from the overall credibility and professionalism of the establishment.
In conclusion, my experience at Nova Point Apartments was marred by poor customer service, lack of communication among staff members, and an unwelcoming atmosphere. As someone in search of a suitable living space, I expected better treatment and professionalism from the representatives of the complex. Regrettably, my encounter fell far short of these expectations.

This has to be one of the worst places I have ever lived. I don't know if the staff receives bonuses, however, they should be more concerned with the residents. This place is absolutely horrible and I would not recommend anyone living here.

Ms Stacey is the best manager for nova pointe. I have been here 9 years and she has made great changes she's kind and hears the needs of the tenants. She always make time for the tenants unlike last manager. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Been living here for 8 months and I have no complains whenever I need anything fixed maintenance comes next day , Anais is super friendly and helpful whenever I need anything I also like that it’s a calm place to live no crazy neighbors everybody stays in their apartment

Pros of living here
- Water off for hours multiple times a month! They only notify you sometimes! Yay to not being able to shower!
- No SECURITY! Prepare to have a gun point at you after parking your car inside the complex! (: what fun!
- Sometimes the washer & dryers don’t work! Yay to the money lost & the clothes that stink!
- Roaches! cool free pets!
- Got a problem? call or email them! They never respond nor call bad! Who doesn’t love not being heard?
- Something broken? maintenance loves... to lie they’ve been over unless you bug them to actually come & do the job! Best part is! it’s always a trash job (: At least they seem nice.
- invasion of privacy? don’t go look any further! the people of office LOVE to look of the fences of ALL the residences here! maybe that’s what they meant by security?
- Damaged apartments left untouched for months! Safety hazard & fire hazard? who cares?? They always have the grass mowed when you’re sleeping! Isn’t that grand!?
-Property worth the value? Hell no! But doesn’t it feel good that the owner hasn’t put money back into actually Improving the property! who would? like I said the grass gets cut!
-Luxury apartments? most like the cost but you’re not gonna find the value of your buck! But you will fine other tenants as mad as you are for having to live here! (:
