I would love to be able to live here however after months of trying no one returns phone calls or emails and when I have gone in I was shooed away because they were “so busy” sorry but like so am I and people have to live somewhere!! Just take my money!! Very disappointed because these look like a great place to live if only staff were better!

This has been a great place to live at for over seven years. Heated pool, vending machines, Jacuzzi, and friendly staff. They keep things clean and freshly painted. Quarterly get togethers. Bbq pits. And they will refresh your apartment after you been there awhile with steam cleaning carpets and fresh paint.

I love my apartment! This is my first renting experience and it's great so far. I currently have 2 roommates and we reside in a townhouse at Parke Orcutt in Santa Maria. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size. The landlords are helpful and take care of maintenance if needed. Utilities aren't unreasonable and we have brand new carpet! Dog- friendly and very clean. Price is reasonable.

Just moved to ca because of the military and I couldn't find anything then I came here. Nicest managers you could find, easy application process for me, great complex and local area with adjacent park. Also affordable rent for the quality of everything. I was very lucky to find this place, I would differently recommend it.
