The community was welcoming and the poolside apartments were really clean. From the moment I arrived, I felt a strong sense of friendliness from both the staff and the residents. People greeted each other with smiles, and it was easy to strike up conversations. The apartments themselves were modern, well-maintained, and spotless, especially the ones near the pool. I’m excited to go and live in this community and be able to feel the freedom of being on my own without family to fall back on and learn true responsibility

It had issues with noise, pet waste in common areas, and overly bright exterior lighting at night. These made my stay uncomfortable.

Suggestions:
Enforce quiet hours more strictly, particularly in the common area.

Remind residents to clean up after pets and provide waste stations.

Adjust the amount of lights, and the lighting timers or brightness.
