Cool and cozy place. I’ve loved living here so far and am happy I chose it. Leasing office isn’t always the easiest to get a hold of but are very helpful when available.

The neighborhood is usually quiet and feels safe. The apartment itself is decent basic furniture, enough space, and good natural light. Maintenance takes some time to respond, but they usually fix things in the end. The rent is a little expensive for what you get, but it’s not too bad compared to other places nearby. The staff are nice, though communication could be better sometimes. Overall, it’s not perfect, but it’s a reasonable place to live if you just need somewhere convenient and... comfortable enough.

The apartments are nice but there are issues with parking availability. Why should a resident be forced to pay more for a single spot? It’s their responsibility to make accessible parking.
