My experience contacting the leasing office has been frustrating. No official email is listed on your app, so I could only call. I phoned several times; staff said they were busy and would call me back, yet I never received a callback after waiting 24 hours. I needed to confirm my contact email, request parking and inquire about early move-in, but none of these requests were addressed. I found an email online and reached out, and my agent also sent emails for me — still no replies. Calls... frequently go unanswered. The only working solution is visiting the office in-person. This is very inconvenient for tenants not staying in Santa Barbara, creating extra time costs. Unresponsive communication delays rental arrangements and may lead to preventable issues. I hope you can improve phone and email response for remote applicants.

Great apartment, it was kept mostly clean by the staff and the staff are friendly. It’s easy to schedule cleanings or repairs. Not much is done however in terms of enforcing noise complaints or quiet hours.

Although I enjoy the pool, study room, and workout room, the constant stolen packages, random water shutoffs, rodents, and potential mold, have made my living experience at Breakpointe Coronado very uncomfortable and frustrating at times.
