The people who work here are completely awful to work with. I would not recommend this to anyone who does not want pure frustration. Every month the persons managing these unit have been completely unreasonable. I have worked in property management in other areas. I am not a student. My students did live on site. More than half of the issues at move out I reported to the real estate commissioner's office. Now we are crossing another unreasonable issue with them regarding the move out. My... attorney has now become involved. As a parent, as a landlord, and a business owner I highly do not recommend you, the possible renter, even waste your time and future stress dealing with this ridiculousness. Why would anyone deliberately go into an agreement to have to deal with this staff? If I could have based my stars to be less, I would have. Do not do it!!!! Staff: change your mind set and attitudes. Possible renters: Consider this first- you're at the end of your term, you're ready to move on- Now YOU have to deal with THEM!! Is it really worth that?? Great tour, big nice property alot of beautiful trees reminds me of home.

I lived here a couple years due to proximity to work and experienced two managements.
The new management is very poor.Work orders take ages to be fulfilled and some of the good long-term employees had gotten to know were being treated unfairly by new management.
The pool is closed most of the time and not accessible.
At the time of moving out , despite thoroughly cleaning my unit , the management insisted on unreasonably charging an absurd cleaning fee which was 90% of my deposit.

As a visitor, my experience at this apartment complex was marred by continuous disruptions from loud fireworks and a noticeable police presence. The atmosphere felt tense and unsettling, raising concerns about safety and the overall quality of life for residents. These issues detract from any positive aspects the complex may offer, making it difficult to recommend as a desirable place to live or visit

Our family have been very blessed to be able to call the Bordeaux Apartments Home. Lovely carpeted living areas and bedrooms, high quality appliances including air conditioning and heating and very respectable community of residents.
