I would not recommend this apartment complex.

I moved in November 2025 and ended up leaving in June 2026 because the apartment became unlivable for me and my young daughter. Smoke repeatedly entered my unit, including through the bathroom vent, and it affected my asthma badly enough that I stopped sleeping there before I had even finished moving out. My daughter was moved out first because I no longer felt comfortable keeping her there.

The smoke issue was only part of the problem. There were... termites, ongoing noise issues, off-leash dogs, suspected drug-related odors, and multiple safety concerns around the property. It did not feel like a clean, safe, or well-managed place to live.

I do appreciate that I was eventually released from my lease, but I never should have had to move again so soon after moving in. The experience was stressful, expensive, and deeply disappointing.

I also left the apartment clean and documented the condition with photos, but still disagreed with portions of the move-out deductions.

Overall, this was one of the worst housing experiences I have had. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property, especially families or anyone sensitive to smoke. The people who work here are completely awful to work with. I would not recommend this to anyone who does not want pure frustration. Every month the persons managing these unit have been completely unreasonable. I have worked in property management in other areas. I am not a student. My students did live on site. More than half of the issues at move out I reported to the real estate commissioner's office. Now we are crossing another unreasonable issue with them regarding the move out. My... attorney has now become involved. As a parent, as a landlord, and a business owner I highly do not recommend you, the possible renter, even waste your time and future stress dealing with this ridiculousness. Why would anyone deliberately go into an agreement to have to deal with this staff? If I could have based my stars to be less, I would have. Do not do it!!!! Staff: change your mind set and attitudes. Possible renters: Consider this first- you're at the end of your term, you're ready to move on- Now YOU have to deal with THEM!! Is it really worth that?? Great tour, big nice property alot of beautiful trees reminds me of home.

I lived here a couple years due to proximity to work and experienced two managements.
The new management is very poor.Work orders take ages to be fulfilled and some of the good long-term employees had gotten to know were being treated unfairly by new management.
The pool is closed most of the time and not accessible.
At the time of moving out , despite thoroughly cleaning my unit , the management insisted on unreasonably charging an absurd cleaning fee which was 90% of my deposit.
