Needs more professional fixing, not fully gated, someone breaks into cars too many times

My family and I have lived in this apartment community for 6 years now. When we first moved we were very happy with the complex. It was quite; very well kept/clean; the entire staff was very attentive to our needs and prompt in filling our requests. However, within the last 2 years the environment has completely turned around. The grounds are very dirt and unkept; the staff are very rude; requests take many days to be filled (ie; we had the lights out in our restroom,special bulbs,for 4 days... until they finally came to replace them). We pay for security, but cars are constantly being broken into; the noise level at night is ridiculous. We are looking to move to a different community. Read More
