Prisma bills itself as a “luxury” apartment which is a joke. The new management fired the nighttime security guard and leaves the gates securing the parking garage wide open for days on end. The result is numerous car break in’s and theft from residents storage lockers. It is only time until a resident will be harmed. Western National Management cares nothing about residents security, only how much money they can extract. To them, residents safety is an amenity that can removed. Ask them about... this and they will lie, but check the police reports. Then there are the elevators that regularly break down for weeks at a time, the. . .

Luxury Apartment
We just moved into our brand new two bedroom about four months ago and the experience has been incredible. The apartments are modern and have higher quality than all of the others that we saw. The price is a little high, but you get what you pay for. The customer-service is the best I have experienced. The team is amazing and helps us out with a smile. We are glad we chose PRISMA!
