We moved in when this place open in 2019. This building is horrible, dirty, dangerous and they do not pay their vendors. So nothing gets fixed or clean. This is not worth your rent money!

Love my apartment its cute and quiet I never hear my neighbors.. they keep it clean the first couple months we had a lady manger I could never find she wasn’t helpful at all promised me things I never got .. then we got Sam he checks in with us he is easy to talk to .. he’s a wonderful manager any time I reach out with an issue which is rare he responds and go above and beyond to keep me happy as I tenant . I have no complaints.. I recommend this place for sure !

The building is poorly managed.
It's to the point where it feels like you have to harass them to get anything done. I've had issues with management losing my file, not being able to get access and pay my rent through the online portal and parking since I've been living here and it's been less than a year. After months of stalling just to get a straight answer as to if I could get a parking stall in the garage. Management told me there wasn't enough parking stalls per unit and a list of other... excuses like the regional manager is on vacation, and we're working on an audit. Not to mention simply not being unavailable. No returned emails and the buildings voicemail box is full. When there is someone in the office I'd say 50% of the time there's more stalling and talking in circles it's almost like being lied to in your face. My car has been broken into multiple times since November 2019 oh and parking tickets... about 4 of those because parking is scarce in the neighborhood. (The bart station is next door) they have their own set of parking rules. Meanwhile the garage for the building was half empty since Nov 2019. Finally it's starting to slowly fill up and I was told on multiple occasions that I was on the list of tenants set to receive a stall. ... it's been months again still nothing. ... I've reached out to the corporate Headquarters and... nothing. *HEADS UP* to anyone considering moving here.

Just moved in here a week ago. The place is large and reasonably priced. They helped me move in quickly. However, over the weekend, my apartment toilet has not worked. It keeps overflowing whenever the neighbor uses it. If I turn on the bathroom sink, the toilet starts bubbling. The water in the apartment does not get hot, only Luke warm.. which not only sucks for showers but also causes for concern with killing bacteria on dirty dishes, and trying to clean this septic tank flooding mess off the... floor. The final straw was when I looked in my shower and now the disgusting water is over flowing into my bath tub! And forget calling the emergency maintenance line. They answered once and hung up on me. I’ve submitted tickets, left voicemail messages and haven’t received one return call. Oh, and my A/C heater isn’t working, plus my package was stolen this weekend, and when the game is on there’s an extremely loud buzzing noise throughout the building.
