Long time resident..Love this place!
I absolutely love my spacious one bedroom. I have been here happily for years! Great neighbors. Well kept building. Everyone is friendly. Safe and gated..and close to everything in the NoHo art district.

The location is great and the landlords are always communicative of what happens on the property. The neighbors are all very respectful and the location is close to many amenities like food, parking, parks and nightlife.
