Homey and spacious

This apartment has completely exceeded my expectations. The complex is well manicured and the staff are friendly and available to help quickly with any maintenance requests. The apartments are spacious and are a great value for the price spent. It is close to the Back Bay, and has easy access to Fashion Island. A great find at a great price!

Views, nice finishes, location and a great staff....what's not to love?

I love my apartment! Not only do I have a killer view of the bay, I have large windows everywhere, which bring in tons of natural light. 9' ceilings, granite countertops in the kitchen & baths, and a location very close to many freeways (as well as the beach!) make this the perfect place to live and work. As an interior designer, I've also upgraded the lighting and paint (with approval), making it feel more like a home than a rental. The grounds are well appointed and maintained, and the... best part is a maintenance and office staff that are always courteous and eager to help (really!). Everyone should love where they live!
