Been here 15+ years anytime there’s a maintenance issue such as a clogged toilet or shower, it will be resolved either next day or following day but because I call bug and complain to get help. Especially when it’s 1 bathroom available in my apartment and it becomes a nightmare dealing with these issues. For the period of that amount never had a upgrade or any kind of renewal installation in my unit. 15+ years and it’s still the same. Hoping to be out soon!
