It’s definitely unfair to the clients who rent these apartments on how cheap and poor these buildings were put together regarding plumbing the amount of time it takes for water to get hot is absolutely unprofessional and unsatisfactory. And yet the renter is the one that gets stuck with water bills, being so high because of how poor these buildings were put together regarding piping plumbing. It’s really unfair to the people renting these apartments that they’re being told that this is a luxury... apartment facility and it’s not even close. There’s weeds growing everywhere. The dog park grass is brown. The Jacuzzi it’s not even big enough for two people to fit comfortably. They have two pools and one pool never even used cause it’s not heated. The gates you drive through are not even straight it can open without a control or a code, especially ones on the south side of the property. the attitude amongst employees here on the property is just unprofessional, for this place to have a standard as being luxury apartments. The asphalt was done poorly fire department caps in the asphalt. Need to be fixed water caps in the asphalt need to be fixed stormwater metal lids in the asphalt need to be fixed. It’s all the smaller details in this apartment complex that are finally being exposed. I have have no opinion as yet because we’ve only been here a little over a month plus but so far so good ??

The management of this apartment complex is excellent.

The community is beautiful! I feel as if I’m on vacation, but at home. The residents and staff are all very friendly and the apartment is beautiful and feels like home. So grateful to live here!

My family and I are extremely fortunate and thankful for being able to become residents. The staff, facilities, amenities and culture are all top notch!
