Esprit is the most luxurious community that I have ever lived in. We have a world class gym , breathtaking views, saltwater pool, hot tubs, kayaks, bikes, and paddleboards to enjoy! I always feel safe walking my dog at night and have cherished my time here.

The best community in Marina del Rey. The management is very friendly and helpful. The architecture and floor plans are unique and interesting. Great location and views. The price is reasonable. Very happy to live here for second year.
