Toured buildings all around the area and most are over the top or not enough. This place looked like the right choice and I am glad I found it. Been here for a lot longer than expected as it was just an apartment that I planned to use as a transition into LA. But after 4 years this has been the perfect place for me , the location is amazing, management has switched which was a major positive with all the new additional services, and they allow pets. Its been really convenient and its hard to... move now.

THE ROYALE
Love the location the building feels like home, the gym has a squat rack which ive never seen in a building gym before. The rooftop is cool and has a bbq but no pool .. In my opinion the location is what does it for me since I work nearby. There are grocery stores and markets all around ( not walking distance) and there are so many restaurants and shops just a $5 uber ride away. Maintenance guys are great and management always responds quickly.
