Great Location
We moved in because my wife got a new job at riot studios and a friend of ours recommended the building next door which this company also owns. The gym is awesome, we can walk anywhere we want, grocery stores are all nearby even though we get everything delivered nowadays. The only con is the 1 bedrooms on the top floor are all booked up and the lower floor plans are a little tight in space. Management changed about 3 months ago and have entered us into a waitlist for an upgraded layout so we... are anxiously waiting.

Comfortable home!
I been living here for the last 2 months and it has been an amazing experience. The studio I am staying is huge and it’s bigger than some one bedrooms apartment I’ve stayed in LA. Really nice stainless steel appliances and beautiful kitchens. Some really helpful staff with Leon and Joel. They made the move in experience seamless and have been real helpful with any questions I’ve had. Highly recommend coming here
