Not bad - would have loved a bit more attentive care and notification before moving in and checking the overall condition of the house. Had to request a maintenance request on the day of move in for some issues

Park fifth under Greystar management was great, the building was spotless and clean all the time.
Building is over price for what it is.
Also the new complex manager is the worst person to talk, won’t help whatever issue is happening and she’s always unavailable.

I've been living at Park Fifth for a couple weeks now, and it has been an incredible experience. The amenities are top-notch, with a stunning rooftop pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and beautiful communal spaces. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to great restaurants and entertainment. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. My apartment is modern, spacious, and has a breathtaking view of the city. Highly recommend Park... Fifth for anyone looking for luxury living in a prime location!

Extremely friendly and helpful concierge staff and great events planned by the management for residents. Maintenance staff is very friendly and responds quickly (usually within the same day) to make repairs.
