I had a frustrating experience with Ecco Living due to incorrect charges on my account. When I reached out to them to dispute the charges, they did not provide an explanation and instead added late fees. After multiple follow-ups, they finally called me and promised to remove the late fees and send a confirmation email the next morning. However, despite their promise, I never received any confirmation.

Their lack of communication and failure to follow through has made this an unnecessarily... stressful situation. If you are considering renting from them, be aware that their billing practices may not be transparent, and you may have to chase them down for basic account corrections. First of all, the fact that all utilities are included is a huge plus. It takes away the hassle of managing bills, and having a washer and dryer in my unit has made laundry a breeze. What sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional level of service. They are prompt in addressing service requests and go the extra mile to maintain our quality of life. I appreciate the reinforced security protocols and the added measure of lockboxes to prevent package theft – it gives me peace of mind.

Cleanliness is also a top priority here, with cleaning service included every month. The common areas and shared spaces are always spotless.

Such a great place to call home. The amenities are incredible and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The entire property and communal living spaces are so well designed. Most importantly as someone who is not originally from the area the events that are put on for residents are one of a kind and foster such a sense of community. I highly recommend living here!
