This Property is Great!
Hello,
I'm leaving a review for other potential prospective tenants who wish to live here. This is what you should know. The units are Clean and up to date. The maintenance staff is great handling your repairs in a timely fashion. I really appreciate the property management team that runs this property, they allowed me to view the unit multiple times before moving in to make sure I was happy with where I was going to live and also if all my furniture would fit. I relocated because my job... required me to, otherwise I would still be here. It was a pleasant living experience and would definitely recommend living here.

No one cares about you
This building is adequate but not properly maintained. The property management company will not fix anything if it breaks. They do not care if they leave you without water on short notice. They do not care if they change the locks on the gates without giving residents new keys. The only thing they care about is taking your money.

Great apartment, not so great management!
I love this apartment, but EXTREMELY unhappy with the management. They raise the rent 3x what is normally asked of a rent controlled apartment every year. They also have an awesome courtyard but have yet to do anything with it (it is cluttered with trash and debris). The tiles around the complex are very unsafe as well. As great as it is I would not recommend it due to the management.
