The studio apartments are way too small for the monthly rent they are asking for. Frequent maintenance issues including a rat problem and leakage. The walls are really thin so you can hear your neighbors really clearly.

I came to visit because even though the pictures looked like a smaller unit I figured maybe they are old pictures of a different unit and probably the vacancy is a bigger one. I was right about the first part because the layout was so different, there wasn’t even space for a full fridge as pictured. But worst off was the square footage was far less than 550, maybe more like 300. Transparency is crucial.
