DONT RENT HERE: BEWARE of 2 year long construction project that will wake you at 7a every day and last until 6pm

If you don't want to be woken up by construction, literally not just next door, but essentially attached to this building, every weekday at 7a and lasting until 6p until the end of the 20/21 school year of beyond if delayed like all massive construction projects DO NOT RENT HERE!

UCLA just demolished the 12 story office building next door over the course of several months and will be building a 20 Story Dorm Complex that wont be completed til at least the end of the 2020/2021 school year. ...


So not only are you woken up every day at 7am sharp, the construction lasts literally all day, for the next almost two years, so don't expect you can use your apartment in this building to study, sleep or rest any time during the week all day. Look elsewhere.
