Living room has a high ceiling, and windows that look out onto nature. The living room and dining room are open to each other, creating a wonderful spacious feel. Both the living room and dining room are light and airy.
This entire unit has only beautiful cedar floors, no carpeting at all.
The kitchen is small, but quite adequate with a dual door refrigerator, sealed burner stove, built-in microwave, stainless steel dishwasher, and very attractive, hand-painted tiles from England! (Is England part of Europe, technically?)
The bathroom enjoys a private Jacuzzi tub, with beautiful emerald green tiles, and a cabinet below the sink.
Bedroom is light, airy and wonderful, as it faces a large Eucalyptus Grove, and enjoys a small balcony where you can relax as you watch the moon cross the sky from left to right.
There is a private washing machine and dryer, for your personal use, which is an incredible convenience! Both wash machine and dryer, have stainless steel drums, to provide a more sanitary wash and a more sanitary drying experience.
Tenant mix is professional, respectful, and generally quiet.
A Quiet dog and cats are welcome. Dangerous breeds are not allowed, as the insurance company will cancel the policy, should a dangerous breed, be allowed on the property.
This is a no smoking unit and a no smoking property.
There is only street parking, but you can generally park very close, to the property.
Lastly, on a personal note, my wife and I lived in this unit with our infant son for about six months.
