A total renovation plus all new fixtures. Living at 3510 Maceo is just a joy,... according to some of the current and past tenants. The living room with the wood floors and trendy wooden shelves and large walls invite lots of creative decorating. The front door has a unique window that adds to the creative vibe of the home. 5-Star Review Service Provided: Bought a Single Family home Location: Verdugo Viejo, Glendale, CA Year: 1988 (Review written in 2021) "She was right and we were wrong in being hesitant." An old but well-deserved review. Back in the late 80s, we were looking for a home and were getting tired of the process. We ran into Patricia by accident and asked her to help. She came over and spent time with us, trying to truly understand our preferences. She then took us to see (if I'm not mistaken) six houses—not to buy, but to understand our assessment of what we had seen. Shortly thereafter, she said she had the perfect house for us, but it was $250K over our stated budget. Our initial response was that we had no interest, as it would leave us with no funds for renovations. Time went by, and finally, we agreed to go see the property. It became our home of now almost 33 years! It just took us a long time to do the work we had intended. She was right, and we were wrong in being hesitant.
