I’ve been in this building nearly 15 years. You can’t beat the location but don’t expect management to be responsive. I believe we had 4 different pp quit this last year. Carpets have not been vacuumed since prior to the pandemic. Trash overflows regular. No manager insight and it’s a hotel with every day Airbnb folks coming and going. My car was damaged by an Airbnb person and management said tough luck. Again if you only care about location this is a great place.
