Beachwood Drive is part of a quaint neighborhood of old Hollywood leading up to the Hollywood Sign. The building is an older building, but well maintained by the management. My apartment is a large 2 bdrm 2 bth apt that is comfortable and cozy. If there was one thing I would improve it would be to have central air conditioning.
