You get what you pay for
The property is in a great location and the units are spacious for the rent. But the building is poorly managed. The building has roaches and the owner refuses to do anything about it. Maintenance is unpredictable and very very slow. They will give projected deadlines and then fail to adhere to those deadlines. I wouldn't trust the landlord + property manager as far as I could throw them. They only care about collecting rent money. There are no amenities or nice finishes. Building is generally... very dirty.

Very Poorly managed, but in a really good location
The building is very poorly managed. Its a struggle to get things fixed, the building is always filthy and never cleaned. The pool area is overgrown with weeds and not maintained at all. The pool has been broken for over 6 years, it needs a new pump that the owner refuses to replace. so a layer of dirt and dead bugs are always on the top of the water. The owner does not care at all and the building manager does the bare minimum. The building was just without water for nearly 12 days due to a... old pipe breaking and managements response was we're not putting you in hotels and to grab buckets of water to fill your toilets so you can flush. The building has had issues with bugs and roaches, If you need something fixed, expect to constantly be reminding management about it, or just don't even bother asking and just live with it.

Current property manager doesn't care about the building. Hallways and common areas are dirty. Nothing gets fixed. There are much better deals in Palms.
