Beware !!!!
Do NOT move here. Roaches , mice, a police raid, fights, a shooting, cars being broken into, laundry and packages being stolen, random rent increases, mandatory inspections

Very unsafe neighbor hood
i’ve seen cars stolen and broken into almost every week, And all the trash around the floor it’s just ridiculous

Thank you for your concern. Rose Pointe Apartments are secure apartments with key/remote access only. We cannot provide safety but we can provide comfortability. We also have on-site management and custodian which cleans the property and in front of... building daily. Regarding vehicles, in my experience here, then the person(s) did not lock their vehicle, which resulted in theft, which can be avoided if vehicles are locked up.

Unlivable on hot days!
I've lived here for several years and not a single renovation of was done on my place. I requested to fix the floor from two of the managers and nothing was done. On top of that, no AC! It's very hot on summer months no AC units were ever installed. Think again of moving in to a place like this.

Thank you for your review. We first apologize for the inconvenience you have received. We thank you for making Rose Pointe your home for several years. Here at Rose Pointe we have a maintenance technician onsite weekly to take care of residents... requested repairs. Also recently we have been approved for air conditioners and installation has begun. We again thank you for your review and we will continue to strive to do our best and keep residents satisfied.

Rose Point
The apartment building is very small. Once you walk in the building, you can see the entire apartment. It's next to a factory and freeway which is not bad living next to a freeway, but in combination with freeway and factory, there's a lot of smoke and smog coming in our room. We get lots of pigeon problems. We can't even go on our balcony because of the birds and their feces. The main problem of it all, is there is no A/C. Our apartment is constantly hot at all hours of the day. We can only... survive in their because we have 2 fans in our room. To go along with that, there's no pool to cool off. So even if it's hot outside, there's no place to cool off, we are not safe inside and/or outside.

We are in fact a small community of only 32 units. Some of our residents enjoy the environment that a small community offers. I am sorry you have issues with pigeons, we actually offer a monthly service free of charge to you to help with this issue,... please feel free to call me at the office, leave a message, or request a treatment on writing which ever is more convenient for you. Many of our residents find living next to freeway a convenience, I apologize if you do not agree. Our location is surrounded by other apartment complex building, so I am not sure what factory you are referring to. We strive to better our community everyday. Please if you have any suggestions we are always happy to hear them and do the best we can to resolve any issues you may have.
