Current resident here issuing you a warning, do not waste your money! Rent is high, there is no security and transients that roam the property break into cars and the pool area. Residents are expected to call the police and handle issues. Dog poop everywhere from residents not curbing their dogs. Residents use the pool and throw parties after hours with no respect for neighbors. Laundry is frequently stolen out of the laundry room, if I could rate the maintenance staff separately I would, they... are responsive and work hard to fix issues in a timely fashion!

Great apartment i love it. Two pools and big apartment. Price is just right. I would live here for ever. Apartment.com really helped me.

Hathaway Apartments in Long Beach, CA
There are some really nice views here of the surrounding cities. It's also quiet and pet friendly. Rent isn't cheap though and a lot of people move out because of that.
