While rent is expensive add another $100-$200 in monthly fees. In six months I’ve heard the fire alarm go off more than I have my entire life (especially in the middle of the night). Additionally every month there is some type of loud construction where they often need to enter the apartment. Bi-annual fire alarm testing that lasts two days, redoing common hallways that lasted weeks, construction on the pool, etc. Most importantly nobody mentioned the large cockroach problem. Every other week I... create tickets and the staff is very rude and unhelpful. The mailroom is also a mess and very difficult to find mail/amazon package

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES
This apartment has fire alarms in the middle of the night, frequent elevator breakdowns, staff is rude and condescending, any guest parking is $10 a day, and they will add fees willy nilly in the middle of your lease. Save yourself before you get stuck in a lease like I did.

If you have options, chose somewhere else
Staff is rude and not helpful, parking garage has leaking pipes that leave rusty stains on the car, appliances are old and rusty, terribly overpriced for what they offer, lots of apartments are airbnb’ed so that there is no accountability for the noise issues. Fire alarm on the ground floor can go unaddressed for hours. Leasing rate increases at least $200 every year.

Do not move here
Fire alarms go off constantly. ALL VISITOR PASSES ARE $10/DAY. Rent is very inflated, complex is filthy, hot tubs broken.

Solid 2 stars
Have been living there for 7 months now and it is probably the best value for money you can find in the area, BUT it has a lot of flaws. Fire alarms are very sensitive and are coming on at least once a week. There is a flooding alarm on the first floor that is triggered almost every night and stays on for hours. Made more than a dozen attempts to notify the leasing office about the issue, but it is still coming on. Very thin walls so you can hear your neighbors often. The elevators are not... reliable, and the screeching noise that they make is terrifying, got stuck there recently. When we toured the property the washer and dryer were nice and new. But when we moved in our washer and dryer were old, rusty, and loud. When we asked the leasing office about that, they said that the show apartment probably had the washer that the previous tenants left, and they could not do anything about it. The non-smoking policy is not enforced and we can often smell people smoking weed and cigarettes on the balconies. Front doors have gaps and the whole apartment looks like they used the lowest quality cheap materials.
