Old building, quiet area, terrible management.

I have lived in this building for a little over a year now. A year after I moved in, the owner sold the building. This building has that old Long Beach charm, with all the problems of an old building. This would be fine if the owners actually took care of the problems within a timely fashion. Neighbors are quiet, and so are the bugs. A great place to live if you keep to yourself and you are either good at home repairs or are patient enough to wait months for the management company to fix the... problems. Barely worth the rent they ask. Decent sized apartments.No parking. No laundry on site.
