I rarely leave negative reviews, but after everything we've experienced, I feel future residents deserve to know what living here has been like.

We've only lived here a short time, yet our experience has been defined by ongoing maintenance issues, poor communication, and a lack of urgency when addressing problems that affect the habitability of the home.

The biggest issue has been our air conditioning. What started as intermittent failures turned into four weeks without a properly functioning... AC system during the summer. Multiple maintenance visits were made, and each time we were told the problem had been resolved, only for the system to stop cooling again shortly afterward.

Two weeks in, we were instructed to stop using the AC entirely because it was leaking water into the unit. Our upstairs reached around 90 degrees, and we were left relying on portable units that could not cool the entire townhome. Working from home and simply living comfortably became extremely difficult.

The most frustrating part wasn't just the broken AC—it was the communication. We were repeatedly told the issue had been identified, only to learn later that additional repairs were needed. Updates were vague, timelines were unavailable, and we constantly had to follow up ourselves.

As of today, 4 weeks later, after another vendor visit, we still do not have a fully functioning air conditioner despite previously being told the condensation line repair would resolve the issue.

While maintenance issues can happen anywhere, what matters is how they're handled. Unfortunately, our experience has been one of repeated repairs instead of lasting solutions, delayed communication, and little urgency. We were also told rent reimbursement would not be discussed until repairs were complete, despite weeks of living in these conditions.

For a community marketed as luxury, we expected functioning air conditioning and timely communication when serious maintenance issues arose. I sincerely hope management improves its response because no resident should have to spend weeks wondering when they'll be able to comfortably live in the home they're paying for.

We had a great experience signing up for a lease here. Christine was so kind to help us view the property in full and took a great deal of time to tell us about all the amenities in the area. We saw many other properties but Christine made signing up on sight here very easy.

Nothing exciting about this place. Just normal apartment priced about double of what it should be.
